Who We Are
REDAN is the first port of call for the Federal, State and Local Governments, NGOs, and private establishments, as well as international partners and investors who wish to draw up a housing programme or participate in housing development in Nigeria.
The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria is the principal agency and umbrella body of the organised real estate sector recognized by the Federal Government of Nigeria since 2002 and saddled with the responsibility of facilitating the delivery of affordable mass housing for Nigerians.

To provide a central National Organization to articulate the aspirations, activities, targets and programmers of Real Estate Developers in Nigeria towards target attainment.
