Ethical Principles
Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) and its Members shall subscribe to the following Code of Ethics:

Article 1: Affordability and Accessibility
- Home ownership can and should be affordable to every Nigerian family, regardless of income level or social status.
- Housing options should cater to diverse needs, ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunities.

Article 2: Quality and Sustainability
- Houses should be well-designed, well-constructed, and environmentally sustainable, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Developments should prioritize energy efficiency, safety, and durability.

Article 3: Community Development
- Houses should be well-located in attractive communities with access to essential amenities, including: Quality educational institutions Recreational facilities promoting health and wellness Religious centers fostering spiritual growth Shopping centers with convenient services Green spaces and parks for community engagement

Free Enterprise
- Houses should be built under the free enterprise system.
