Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) and its Members shall subscribe to the following Code of Ethics:

1. Article 1: Affordability and Accessibility
   • Home ownership can and should be affordable to every Nigerian family, regardless of income level or social status.
   • Housing options should cater to diverse needs, ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunities.
2. Article 2: Quality and Sustainability
   • Houses should be well-designed, well-constructed, and environmentally sustainable, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
   • Developments should prioritize energy efficiency, safety, and durability.
3. Article 3: Community Development
   • Houses should be well-located in attractive communities with access to essential amenities, including: Quality educational institutions Recreational facilities promoting health and wellness Religious centers fostering spiritual growth Shopping centers with convenient services Green spaces and parks for community engagement
4. Free Enterprise
   • Houses should be built under the free enterprise system.

By embracing this Code of Ethics, REDAN and its Members reaffirm their commitment to delivering exceptional value, quality, and services to Nigerian homebuyers, while promoting national development and social progress.
